Who is responsible

M Tech Consulting, sole proprietorship of Damien Morattel, Romanoche 12, 1696 Vuisternens-en-Ogoz, Switzerland, e-mail team@merino-wool-clothing.com. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.

What we collect and why

• Orders: name, shipping and billing address, e-mail, phone, items and amounts — to deliver your order and keep our accounts (contract performance; legal obligation).
• Messages and withdrawals: what you send us through the forms — to answer you.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data in server logs, kept a short time — to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag is kept in your own browser (local storage); a cookie remembers your currency.

Who receives your data

• Stripe (payment processing; Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and its group) — we never receive your card details.
• Our suppliers (such as AliExpress and CJdropshipping, located outside Switzerland and the EU, mainly in China) receive your name, shipping address and phone number so they can ship your parcel. This transfer is necessary to perform the contract you concluded with us (art. 17 para. 1 let. b FADP; art. 49 para. 1 let. b GDPR).
• Carriers and postal services that deliver the parcel.
• Infomaniak (hosting and e-mail, Switzerland).

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Swiss law. Messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion (within legal retention limits), object to its processing or ask for a copy in a common format. Write to team@merino-wool-clothing.com. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
