Where we deliver

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: tracked shipping free.
  • European Union: tracked shipping free (products marked as available for the EU).
  • Rest of the world: tracked shipping free.

The shipping cost is shown on each product page and in your bag before you pay.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of them outside Switzerland and the EU. The delivery time is shown on each product page, counted in business days from payment. Every parcel has a tracking number, which we send you by e-mail as soon as it ships.

Duties and taxes

Prices include all taxes we charge. Depending on your country and the value of your parcel, the carrier may charge import VAT, customs duties or a clearance fee on delivery. This is notably the case for the United States, which taxes all imported parcels since August 2025.

Returns and refunds

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, using our online withdrawal form or by e-mail to team@merino-wool-clothing.com. We then send you the return address.

  • Send the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal, unworn, unwashed and with their labels.
  • We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the items or your proof of shipment.
  • The cost of sending items back is yours, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
  • Underwear delivered in a sealed package cannot be returned once the seal is opened, for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or wrong item

Write to us within 2 years of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it, and you pay nothing for the return.
