1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases made on merino-wool-clothing.com (Mercloth), operated by M Tech Consulting, sole proprietorship of Damien Morattel, Romanoche 12, 1696 Vuisternens-en-Ogoz, Switzerland, e-mail team@merino-wool-clothing.com.

2. Products

Each product page shows the main characteristics of the item, including its fibre composition. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. How the contract is made

You add products to your bag, choose the delivery country and go to checkout. On the secure payment page (Stripe) you enter your address and payment details, and can check and correct everything before paying. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail, right after your payment. The contract language is English.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, in euros (EUR) for deliveries to the EU and in US dollars (USD) for all other countries. They include all taxes we charge. The shipping cost is shown on the product page and before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of them outside Switzerland and the EU, with a tracking number. The expected delivery time is shown on each product page. Depending on your country and the value of the parcel, import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may be charged on delivery — see Shipping & returns.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. For customers in the EU this is a legal right; we grant the same right to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. To withdraw, use our online withdrawal form or send us a clear statement by e-mail. We confirm receipt by e-mail.

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. You must send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Sealed underwear cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons.

7. Warranty

The legal warranty applies: two years from delivery for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. Contact us with your order number and a photo; we will replace or refund the item.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts provided for by those provisions.
